Now that we know what we're dealing with, it's time to start planning. Let's leave nothing out! Even the most intricate project plans can contain loopholes.
Minimization of these loopholes allows for projects to stay as close to "on schedule" as possible.
Planning provides milestones, at which point, reviewing a project becomes a less daunting task.
Know your steps before you take them, and always look back to make sure you didn't squish any bugs.
